SONA (State of National Asociation) is the primary tool we use in AIESEC in Mexico to diagnose how organizational health is within the LC's so that we can later purpose specific actions and measures for every team in the network to improve.

SONA Questionnaires must be filled every month by all AIESEC Members and Leades. The Questionnaires are open from 25-30 each month and 5 days later the LCD National Team releases the results for every member to see.
